Registration of new transport service (RegioJet: Munich - Budapest)

The intention to operate a new commercially viable rail passenger service must be reported to Schienen-Control 18 months before the network timetable for which track capacity is to be ordered comes into effect.

RegioJet AT has notified Schienen-Control of Schienen-Control new services on the Munich–Budapest route starting with the 2026/27 timetable change.
