Secure publication of the logo in accordance with Section 19(3) of the E-Government Act (E-GovG)

The Schienen-Control and Schienen-Control use the following logo for their officially signed documents in electronic legal transactions:

Verification of officially signed electronic documents

At www.signaturpruefung.gv.at, a free verification service operated by Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH (RTR) is available for checking the electronic signature on an electronic document for officially signed electronic documents. Electronic documents can be uploaded there and the official signature can be checked.

Verification of printouts of officially signed documents within the meaning of Section 20 E-GovG

For verification purposes, a copy of officially signed documents from the authority can be submitted as follows:

• Send the scanned document by email to office@schienencontrol.gv.at
• mailing or personal delivery
