Railways in Austria
All railway undertakings registered in Austria are listed here. These include railway undertakings (RU), railway infrastructure undertakings (RIU), and integrated railway undertakings (IntRU, both RU and RIU). The latter category also includes operators of non-networked public railway infrastructure (narrow-gauge railways). Although these are not subject to regulation, they are also listed for the sake of completeness.
The individual railway companies and their contact details are listed below in alphabetical order and briefly described. Details on the companies can be found in the annual report of Schienen-Control in the section on market participants.
