The Railway Act requires certain reporting obligations for railway companies and operators of service facilities to Schienen-Control.
The checklists below provide guidance on the legal obligations to provide information and submit documents.
Deadline: The signed documents should be sent to Schienen-Control annually when the timetable changes.
Changes during the year can also be reported using the forms below.
Any changes to the conditions of carriage must be communicated to Schienen-Control in advance.

Notification of new commercially viable rail passenger transport services
The intention to operate a new commercially viable rail passenger service must be reported to Schienen-Control the form below.
Deadline: At least 18 months before the entry into force of the network schedule to which the order for infrastructure capacity is to relate.
Examination of economic equilibrium
If an economic equilibrium review is requested, Schienen-Control will proceed according to the methodology described below.
