Notification of a planned new transportation service (ÖBB Passenger Transport: Vienna Central Station – Vienna International Airport)

The intention to operate a new commercially viable rail passenger service must be reported to Schienen-Control 18 months before the network timetable for which track capacity is to be ordered comes into effect.

The announcements apply to the route from Vienna Central Station to Vienna International Airport (via Meidling) starting December 12, 2027.
