Notification new rail passenger services
The notification of a planned new rail passenger service has to be transmitted to Schienen-Control Kommission before capacities are ordered at the infrastructure manager. Schienen-Control Kommission will eventually check if the intended service will put the economic equilibrium of a public service contract at risk.
